ppk33 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to: loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of revenue, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses arising from your use of or inability to use the ppk33 platform.
You may request closure of your ppk33 account at any time by contacting ppk33 customer support via live chat. Any confirmed real-money balance at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to your registered payment method within ten (10) business days, subject to completion of any pending wagering requirements on active bonuses.
